Fascinated with railroads and steeped in the great oral tradition of his family, Patrick Irelan is an editor for the Division of Continuing Education at the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø. His award-winning short stories have been published in numerous regional journals, including Kansas Quarterly, Crosscurrants, Â鶹¹ÙÍø City Magazine, and Wisconsin River Valley Journal.
